Two chef-prepared meals each day (three meals for assisted living), weekly housekeeping, transportation, utilities, an emergency response pendant, and a full calendar of activities are all included, allowing you to spend less time managing responsibilities and more time enjoying your day. Medication Management is available for assisted living.
Unlike a vacation or hotel stay, Winter Stay™ offers the opportunity to experience everyday life in an Independent Living community. You'll meet neighbors, participate in activities if you choose, enjoy shared meals, and discover what daily life is really like.

As part of the Winter Stay™ program, there is no community fee for the first six months. If you choose to continue your stay beyond six months, the standard community fee is then applied.
