Omega Senior Living comes from a long history of successful property management. Born from the rich culture of Weigand-Omega Management, Inc., whose 42+ years of experience includes a diversified portfolio of apartments, including senior independent living, commercial property, hospitality, and self-storage facilities, Omega Senior Living was founded to provide a focus on the specific needs of the senior market.

By utilizing the foundation provided by Weigand-Omega Management, Inc., Omega Senior Living strives for success for all stakeholders through providing enriching care services for seniors in active adult living, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Our goal for all properties is to increase occupancy, decrease attrition, develop powerful relationships within our communities, and create educational opportunities that promote our community leadership as experts in the field.
