Care levels may vary by location, allowing residents and families to find the right balance of independence, support, and peace of mind.
Independent Living is ideal for active seniors requiring little to no daily assistance with their lifestyle but we here if their care needs change. Assisted Living is designed for seniors who need assistance with “Activities of Daily Living” (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, medication management and mobility assistance. Memory Care is a secure “neighborhood” within the residence specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer’s, Dementia or other memory impairments
Independent Living is designed for active seniors who want a maintenance-free lifestyle with access to amenities, dining, activities, and social opportunities. Assisted Living provides personalized support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility assistance while encouraging independence. Memory Care offers a secure and thoughtfully designed environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory impairments, with specially trained team members and structured programming.
Each Omega Senior Living community has a dedicated care team focused on supporting residents’ health, wellness, and quality of life. Clinical leadership is overseen by a Health and Wellness Director, supported by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medication Aides, and caregiving team members. Together, they work closely with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure personalized support and compassionate care.
Dining and scheduled transportation services are included as part of community living at many Omega Senior Living communities. Residents can enjoy chef-prepared meals in the dining room and sign up for scheduled transportation to appointments, errands, shopping trips, and local outings. Availability and offerings may vary by community.
