What services are included in the Winter Stay™ package?
Each Winter Stay™ package includes two chef-prepared meals daily, weekly housekeeping, all utilities, emergency alert pendants, scheduled local transportation, and full access to community events and amenities.
What happens if I decide to stay permanently after winter?
After six months, if you choose to transition to full-time independent living, Kinship Pointe at Wayne will grant your permanent residency and assess the community fee at that time.
Is Kinship Pointe at Wayne open to residents outside of Wayne, NE?
Yes. We welcome residents from across Northeast Nebraska, including Wakefield, Laurel, Winside, Carroll, Randolph, Pierce, Norfolk, and surrounding towns.
