Sara Miller

Sara Miller is the Executive Director of Dove Estates Senior Living Community in Goddard, KS, where she leads the community with a commitment to exceptional service, compassionate care, and creating an environment where residents can continue living with purpose and independence. She works closely with residents, families, and associates to ensure every aspect of community life reflects Omega Senior Living's mission of enriching the lives of older adults.

Sara has dedicated nearly two decades to serving seniors, a passion that began with her first role as a dietary aide. Inspired by the relationships she built with residents, she went on to become a Certified Nursing Assistant before earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management with a minor in Aging Studies and obtaining her Nursing Home Administrator license. Her combination of clinical experience, education, and leadership has shaped a career focused on helping older adults live fulfilling lives while supporting the teams who care for them.

Before joining Dove Estates Senior Living, Sara served in leadership positions with several respected senior living organizations, including Executive Director and Residence Director roles, where she developed expertise in community operations, team development, resident engagement, and family support. Her experience across multiple levels of senior living allows her to lead with both operational excellence and a deep understanding of residents' individual needs.

Sara believes that senior living should empower residents to continue enjoying meaningful experiences, strong relationships, and a vibrant quality of life. She is passionate about creating a welcoming community where every resident is treated with dignity, every family feels supported, and every associate is encouraged to provide service with compassion, integrity, and respect.
