Lyla Erwin serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Omega Senior Living, where she oversees the management and operations of all OSL properties in Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri. With a degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, Lyla brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her career in senior living began in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she served as a manager for Windsor Manor Assisted Living and Garnett Place Retirement Community. Over the past decade, Lyla has excelled as a Regional Operations Manager, consistently demonstrating her dedication to enhancing the quality of life for residents.

In her role, Lyla is committed to ensuring that residents across all OSL communities are safe, happy, and comfortable. She works tirelessly with the management teams at each community to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence. Her responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, assisting with sales and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Lyla’s hands-on approach and attention to detail have been instrumental in driving the success of the communities under her supervision.
