Working from the home office, Judy leads Omega's financial operations across a growing portfolio of senior living communities, ensuring the organization maintains the financial strength necessary to support residents, associates, and community operations.

With more than 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning healthcare, banking, and corporate finance, Judy brings extensive expertise in financial planning, accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and operational finance. Prior to joining Omega Senior Living, she served in executive financial leadership roles across multiple healthcare organizations, building a career focused on sound financial management and organizational sustainability.

As Chief Financial Officer, Judy oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, acquisitions, capital planning, payroll oversight, resident billing, accounts payable, and compliance. She also works closely with ownership, investors, lenders, and executive leadership to guide financial decision-making and support the organization's continued growth.

Although much of her work takes place behind the scenes, Judy's leadership plays an important role in every Omega Senior Living community. By maintaining strong financial systems, promoting operational efficiency, and ensuring accurate financial reporting, she helps provide the resources communities need to deliver exceptional care and service to residents.
