Janet Graham

Janet Graham is the Executive Director of Kinship Pointe Northridge in Kearney, NE, where she leads the community with a focus on building meaningful relationships, fostering a welcoming environment, and helping residents enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. She works closely with residents, families, and associates to ensure every individual who walks through the doors feels valued, respected, and supported.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and senior living, Janet has built her career around serving older adults and their families. She began her journey as a Director at an assisted living community in the Kearney area, where she discovered a passion for learning from seniors and helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Throughout her career, she has also owned and operated her own business and spent several years managing a medical equipment company, experiences that strengthened her leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to outstanding customer service.

As Executive Director, Janet believes the heart of senior living is found in the relationships built every day. She enjoys getting to know residents personally, listening to their stories, and partnering with families throughout their loved one's journey. Her approachable leadership style and genuine care for others help create a culture where residents feel at home and associates are inspired to provide compassionate, personalized care.

Outside of work, Janet has been married for more than 30 years and is the proud mother of three grown children and grandmother of four. She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking their favorite meals, values that reflect the same sense of warmth, hospitality, and connection she strives to bring to the Kinship Pointe Northridge community every day.
