Cannice Decker

Cannice Decker has been a valued member of the Omega family since 2018, bringing over two decades of experience in human resources and payroll management to her role as Human Resources Director for Weigand-Omega Management, Inc. With a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Wichita State University and Friends University, Cannice combines her educational foundation with hands-on expertise to ensure seamless HR operations across the company’s properties.

Prior to joining Omega, Cannice served as a Payroll Manager at InfoSync, where she gained extensive knowledge of payroll rules and regulations, including termination pay and mandatory leave laws across all 50 states. She also led the Payroll Transition team, overseeing the onboarding of new clients. Cannice’s commitment to accuracy and timeliness ensures that employees receive exceptional support, reflecting Omega’s dedication to fostering a workplace culture built on trust, excellence, and care.
