With over 22 years of experience in senior living, Heather Cannefax brings a well-rounded background in leadership, operations, nursing collaboration, and resident-centered care. 

Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles including Life Engagement Director and Memory Care Manager, where she spent more than 15 years leading interdisciplinary teams, working closely with nursing staff, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality care and meaningful resident experiences.

Heather’s leadership experience includes partnering with nursing teams to support care planning, memory care programming, and compliance initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on dignity, safety, and quality of life. 

Heather is known for her collaborative leadership style, ability to mentor and support staff, and deep understanding of the complexities of senior living operations. Her experience guiding teams, implementing programs, and balancing operational priorities has made her a trusted resource within the communities she serves.
