Heather Cannefax is the Operations Support Administrator for Omega Senior Living, where she partners with the executive leadership team to strengthen operational consistency and support communities across the organization. Working from the home office, Heather helps streamline operational processes, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure communities have the tools and support needed to provide exceptional resident care.

With more than 22 years of senior living leadership experience, Heather brings extensive knowledge of community operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. Her background includes senior leadership roles within senior living communities, giving her firsthand insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of Executive Directors and community teams. That operational perspective allows her to develop practical solutions that support both caregivers and leadership while helping communities operate efficiently and effectively.

In her role, Heather works closely with Omega Senior Living's executive team to improve operational workflows, support compliance initiatives, standardize processes, and help communities maintain the high standards expected throughout the organization. She serves as a resource for community leaders by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency while ensuring operational practices remain aligned with company expectations and regulatory requirements.
