Laura Gamble

Laura Gamble joined Omega Senior Living as the Senior Accounting Manager in 2022, bringing over 25 years of accounting experience and a deep commitment to financial excellence. A proud graduate of Wichita State University, Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She is also a notary in the state of Kansas.

Laura began her career in retail, where she developed a strong customer service philosophy that continues to influence her approach to accounting management. Her first accounting role was at Wesley Rehab Center, managing accounts payable and payroll. Laura then moved to Watercrest Communities, a senior living management company, where she spent six years as an accountant. During her tenure at Watercrest, she was responsible for key financial operations and played a crucial role in streamlining processes.

In 2017, Laura joined Weigand-Omega Management as an Accounting Manager/Billing Specialist, overseeing the billing for six Omega Senior Living properties. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to Senior Accounting Manager in 2022. In this role, Laura has been instrumental in implementing new software to streamline accounting processes and increase efficiency. This initiative has significantly reduced manual processes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the financial operations.

Laura is also focused on building comprehensive training processes for the communities to ensure accuracy in reporting and financial management. Her goal is to foster a culture of precision and accountability within Omega Senior Living. In addition to her roles in various companies, Laura has always maintained a self-employment practice, providing accounting services to a variety of businesses.

Married for thirty years to a retired military veteran, Laura cherishes her family life. She is a proud mother of four and a grandmother of four. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the vibrant community of Wichita.
